What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build and lead a team of Account Executives to achieve annual revenue targets through account growth and new business generation
- Coach and mentor sales team members, ensuring they meet sales goals and develop professionally
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex client issues
- Develop strategic account and growth plans while managing pipeline and forecasting
- Engage in recruitment efforts to expand and strengthen the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree
- At least 8 years of quota‑carrying sales experience
- A minimum of 3 years in Sales Management
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team
- Strong communication, judgment, and decision‑making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience using Salesforce.com CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships in a collaborative environment
