Responsibilities
• Lead projects and support strategic initiatives within the Professional Practices team and the assurance service line
• Provide end-to-end support on audit methodology, quality control, and integration of acquired firms
• Support audit process improvement, innovation, and technical accounting initiatives
• Collaborate with audit teams across industries to enable high-quality engagements
• Contribute to training, standards, and governance related to audit quality and practices
Key requirements
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• CPA certified with an active CPA license
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Appreciation of audit quality and standards
• Experience navigating firm acquisitions is a plus
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
