Overview
In this role you monitor and reconcile institutional, federal, and state accounts on a monthly cadence for Student Financial Services, and prepare annual federal/state reports. You will maintain ledgers, analyze accounts, verify demands and vouchers, and perform bank reconciliations while upholding internal controls. The position supports compliant financial reporting and contributes to the accuracy of financial statements. This role offers the opportunity to impact compliance and reporting processes within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
• Prepare major annual and monthly financial and miscellaneous reports
• Maintain controlling records and subsidiary ledgers
• Analyze and reconcile accounts
• Examine and verify demands and vouchers
• Perform bank reconciliations and review financial statements and schedules
• Adhere to internal controls within the department
• Perform related duties as required
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience
