In this role you will handle healthcare litigation within a tenured Nevada practice, working remotely for a stable, boutique firm. You will join a collaborative team and focus on complex claims from start to finish, with ample training on firm systems. The position offers flexible hours, no billable-hour requirement, and pathways for growth across states. You will help shape the healthcare practice while benefiting from strong culture, support, and high-quality legal resources.

Responsibilities
• Manage complex healthcare claims from start to finish (A-Z)
• Practice law in motions and strategy development
• Take depositions
• Lead binding arbitration (AAA or JAMS), initially as second chair and then as first chair
• Handle database claims using database property software
• Negotiate with clients and hospitals
• Conduct legal research
